Sixth Annual Train the Trainer - September 18, 2010

Training Objective:

Participants will learn self-esteem principles as they apply to youth and successful new approaches for dialoguing with youth. You will become skilful motivators by learning new techniques. You will learn new strategies and methods to compel and motivate young people to live better lives.

Training Outline:

  • Learn why anyone with low self-esteem usually cannot act beyond who they think they are. Participants will not only learn new strategies to inspire and motivate youth but also fully participate in each.
  • Participants will gain the tools needed to engage youth and be comfortable using winning "conversation starters" for communicating with troubled, disconnected youth.
  • Participants will be taught new strategies that provide hands on learning for youth who learn better by doing than listening. At least 50% of this training is interactive.
  • The added benefit is that all the new skills that can be applied to personal lives and family. It is believed that employees who are happy at home, do better at work.
  • At the end of the day, participants are moved to a higher state of motivation and well trained with new methods and techniques that will affect positive change with their clients.
  • There are no substitutes for this training. It's great value for training that is also entertaining!
