Workshop Descriptions

Each workshop offers distinctly unique topics because the ages, gender and backgrounds of participants vary. The objective of all the Confident Girls and Guys workshops is to super charge participants to feel motivated, inspired and excited about their lives and futures.

All workshops are divided into the following three headings:

Elementary
High School
College and University

Under each heading, all workshops for the age group are listed. To view a more detailed synopsis of each workshop, press the title of the workshop.

Elementary

School Workshops Grades 4-8
Both Public and Catholic Boards

Girls:
Strutting Beauty on the Inside^TM	(1/2 day workshop)
'Red Flag Girls' Lunch Program	(7 visits)

Guys:
Flexing From the Inside^TM	(1/2 day workshop)

Girls and Guys:
Leadership	(choose from 1/2 day or full day)
Neighbourhood Course or Sports Teams	(2.5 hours)

High School

Grades 9-12
Both Public and Catholic Boards

Girls Grade 9:
High Five Course^TM	(10 topics, 2 per period)
This course is presented in conjunction with the Health Curriculum.

Girls and Guys Grades 9-12:
Credit Recovery	(1/2 day)
Co-op Course	(1/2 day)
Assembly Presentations: Motivation	(75 minutes)

College and University

Courses and Presentations

Stand up and Speak Out	(1 week)
In conjunction with Communication and Public Relations.
Leadership and Motivation Presentations	(1-3 hours)
